(Program 4) Egypt, Israel & Jordan
 
DAY 1

Arrival to Egypt: Meet & Assist at Cairo Intl. airport. Transfer to the Hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner) - alternative tour Nile Cruise $30/person (Optional)

DAY 2

Leaving Zoser Hotel to St. Catharina by bus and stay in St. Catherine. In our way we'll visit Pyramids, Papyrus Museum, SIWA Perfume and then to St. Catherine; then to Mt. Sinai. Staying at Morgan Land or a similar hotel.
 
DAY 3

Transfer by Bus from St. Catherine to Jerusalem in Israel. In our way, we'll visit Masada, Qumran, and the Dead Sea and Bethany village to visit Lazarus Tomb. Check-in Hotel for 3 nights on Half Board Basis (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

DAY 4

Visiting Mt. of Olives to see: The Ascension place, Pater Noster Church where Jesus used to teach his followers the well-known prayer "our father in heaven", The Dominus Flevit Church and the Gethsemane garden and church. Continue to St. Stephens Gate (Lion's gate called also) the first  Christian martyr who was scaled. We continue to visit St. Anne church and the pool of Beit Hasda - The way of the cross (via
Dolorosa) starting from the Flagellation church till the Holy Sepulchre church.On this day we'll also try to visit the temple mountain (Al-Aqsa mosque and the Dome of The Rock). Continue to the wailing wall for Jews, a part from the temple Mountain in those days. Then we visit the western wall tunnel a part of the Temple Mountain in those days.
 
DAY 5

City of David - Mt. Zion holy sites - Bethlehem: Nativity church and Shepherds field. Yad Vashem memorial site for the Holocaust for the 6 million Jews who were killed during the 2nd world war 1939-1945 by the Nazis in Germany. In case of having time, We can wall for Jews, a part from the temple Mountain.

DAY 6

The Garden Tomb is believed to be the place of Golgotha according to some Christian denominations. Then to Jericho to visit the ancient culture ruins (walls) and the Sycamore tree.  Continue to Jordan via Allenby bridge crossing checkpoint. Passing to the Jordanian side. Directly to our hotel in Petra for overnight.
 
DAY 7

Today we wake early to watch the sunrise. Later on, we go to visit the "Red Rock" site by riding the horses. We are going to see the treasure site belong to the Nabatian culture. Afternoon we'll visit Wadi Rum desert area. Back to our hotel.

DAY 8

Today we leave Petra towards Madaba church where we can find a mosaic since the 6th century  AD. It is a map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land during those days. Continue to Mt. Nebo where Moses saw the holy land for the first time. It is believed that he was buried in that area. Continue to Sheikh Hussein Bridge checkpoint to pass to the Israeli side. Continue to our hotel in Tiberias (or maybe Nazareth, we'll see depend on the prices).
                   
DAY 9

Around the sea of Galilee: Capernaum - Tabgha the multiplication church of fish and bread - St.Peter church which is called also the Mensa Christi - Mt. of Beatitudes - Jesus boat sailing - Baptism at Yardenit (Jordan River).

On this day we are going to eat St. Peter fish (the same fish Jesus christ used to eat).
 
DAY 10

Tiberias to Mt. Tabor to visit the transfiguration church - Muhraka on Mt. Carmel - Nazareth churches - Cana of Galilee where Jesus made his first miracle of turning the water into wine during the wedding party. In Cana, married people can renew their marriage vows. It is a very nice ceremony. Each couple gets flowers and a special certificate for marriage. 

Back to the hotel.

DAY 11

Transfer to the airport in Tel Aviv. It will be possible to visit Caesarea (a Roman City) on our way to incase of having an afternoon flight. Note regarding meals: In Egypt, it is full board and mineral water free of charge. In Israel, it is on half board unless one lunch of St. Peter fish on the Sea of Galilee. In Jordan, it is only on a Half board basis (breakfast & dinner).

Advice: It is always better to book lunches on a route because it is going to be cheaper to have lunch by booked by the travel agency itself.
