13 days Evangelical Tour

Day 1

Arrival in Tel Aviv, drive to Jaffa-Tel Aviv for breakfast, and a short visit to the city. Then drive towards Nazareth. On the way a short visit to Caesarea Maritima, Mount Carmel, visit the "jump mountain". Check-in at the hotel. After resting, there is a possibility for those who would like to take a walk in Nazareth.

Day 2

Drive to the Golan Heights, Banias (Emperor Philipp), Dan, Mount Bental. Insight into the culture of "Druzen", finally back to the hotel in Nazareth.

Day 3

We visit Nazareth, Kana, Mount Tabor. For the rest of the day is Relaxation planned in a nice place (a little surprise), then back to Nazareth to the hotel.

Day 4

Trip to the Sea of ​​Galilee, Capernaum, a boat trip over the lake, mountain of Beatitudes, place of feeding the 5000, visit Kibbutz Ein-Gev (insight into kibbutz life), back to Nazareth in the hotel.

Note: For lunch, we recommend the "St. Peter Fish ".For those who do not eat fish, the restaurant also offers grilled food and vegetarian dishes.

Day 5

A day in Western Galilee:

Rosh-Hanikra, Akko, Haifa-Bahai Temple Panorama, Dado beach possibility in the Mediterranean Sea to swim, and finally back to the hotel in Nazareth.

Day 6

Check out from the hotel. Drive in the direction of the Jordan Valley. We will visit the Baptismal site of Jesus. Continue to Jericho to see the beautiful panoramic view of Mt Temptation where the Lord Jesus Christ was tempted by the Satan. Continue to Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Bathing in the Dead Sea. Check-in at the hotel for one night in Kibbutz Ein-Gedi or in the hotels area of Ein Bokek located directly on the Sea Shore of the Dead Sea.

 Day 7

Check out from the hotel. Drive towards Jerusalem. On the way, we will visit the national park of Ein Gedi which is called also "David's Valley" where King David hid from the face of King Saul  -  Drive to the last stronghold of the Jewish rebels "Massada" ,a short movie and ascending to the top of the hill where the fortress is located.  Drive to Bethlehem. Check in our hotel.

Note: Since we will spend the last days in Jerusalem area, there will be a possibility to join the "Jerusalem-by-night tour" (An extra money payment of 20 € P.Person to be paid to the bus driver & the tour guide (including 1-2 glasses of wine). This tour takes about 2 to 3 hours.

  Day 8

Jerusalem (Mount of Olives): On this day we will go to the Mount of Olives area to visit holy spots associated with Jesus Christ like: The Ascension Chapel - "Our Father" church where Jesus taught his disciple the "Our Father" prayer - The beautiful panoramic view of the holy city Jerusalem - The Palm Sunday road - The Dominus Flevit church where the Lord Jesus Christ wept - The Garden of Gethsemane. Later on we will walk in the "Via Dolorosa" which is called in English the "Way Of Grieve" or the "Way Of The Cross" till we reach the area of the Holy Sepulcher church. Back to hotel

Day 9

We will visit the Israel Museum to have a look over the beautiful replica of Jerusalem during Jesus time. Continue to Yad Vashem (Holocaust Memorial). Free-Shopping time at Mahane Yehuda Market, Ben Yehuda Street Jerusalem Jewish district.

Day 10

Bethlehem: Church of the Nativity the birth place of Jesus Christ -  Shepherd's field, Wailing Wall, Mount Zion, King David's Tomb, St. Peter in Gallicantu (Caiaphas House). Back to hotel.

Day 11

Relaxation day in Tel-Aviv and the possibility of swimming. Visit of the Carmel market.

Day 12

Walk at Wadi al Qelt (The ancient road between Jericho and Jerusalem) to Jericho city. The Judean Desert area.

Day 13

Tel Aviv Airport.
